“I generally appreciate this property, having returned there a couple times. It is mostly up to snuff in terms of quality of maintenance. However, this time I was not the only one to notice that the hvac has a wide temperature range: it got too hot before it got too cold. My other complaints are minor: the bath tub bottom hadn't been scrubbed in a long time and was a bit scuzzy; the hair conditioner bottle hadn't been filled; and the toilet seat is too small for my large to average body size....

“The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, even providing a variety of fresh-baked cookies upon arrival. My room was spotless and thoughtfully pre-stocked with extra towels and bedding, and the lobby’s well-supplied convenience store was a great perk. The breakfast selection was a highlight, featuring everything from bacon and eggs to unique additions like an Icee machine and ice cream. While the pool was still covered for the chilly April weather, the only real drawback was the noise;...

“Absolutely LOVED this place!! It was so cute and historic! Built in 1909 it has so much character and felt like I was transported into a French renaissance era and my goodness it was the cleanest place ive stayed in. I’ve been to some 5 star hotels and this was even better!! If I’m ever in Lincoln again I know where I’ll be staying for sure! 10/10”

“Breakfast was hot and served as advertised. Front desk help was wonderful, polite and made suggestions for local dining. Also provided a parking spot to park my truck with a boat and trailer. Air conditioner in the room needed some help”

“Very cute and private. Able to come and go as we wanted. Wasn’t rush to check out. Everything nice and even included a list of their favorite places to go and what common activities go on in town. Nice neighborhood located off an alleyway. Couldn’t get the washer and driver to work but wasn’t a huge concern. They were willing to answer any questions quickly though. Plan on staying here again if given the chance too!”
