I told him parking spot is important for me while there wasn't none at the place he changed me to. For very long waiting I was having the the obligation to find another place. “Great front office staff. The front desk staff person, the woman handled a statement from and guest perfectly. Turnd confrontation into a non issue in moments. Good for her. ”

“Durante il soggiorno ho visto un topo nel corridoio interno antistante la mia camera. Segnalato l’accaduto a più dipendenti, compreso il manager, nessuno ha manifestato sorpresa e preso provvedimenti. Solo scuse di circostanza senza alcuna compensazione. Avendo la camera al piano terra il topo circolava vicino alla zona della colazione. Scarsa la pulizia e non funzionava neanche la piscina. Pessimo! Strano che sia un Hilton…”

“Another perfect stay! This has quickly become our home away from home when we're in the Boston area. We were greeted so warmly, and just like last time, our lodging was clean, well maintained, quiet and comfortable. Dana and Kathy are so kind and helpful! It snowed a good bit during our stay, and we were able to step out safely! The surrounding walkways were clear and we were able to get to our vehicle and out of the parking lot easily and safely. “Arriving at 9:00pm after an intercontinental flight I could not get my booked room. My credit card, perfectly working, was denied by the system. The only support received by the personnel was letting me try and try again. Cash not accepted. I had to change hotel, and the card magically worked.”

“3 floor without elevator, tiny stairs, no area to take breakfast, but we had to come back in our room. The room was with emergency exit for all floor, the our door with alarm! Otherwise, there is metro very near the hotel and in 1/2 hour we arrived in Boston”
