“Well, I didn't have big things to complaint about, other than the bathroom zinc, the cold and the hot water cannot mix together. In the zinc, each one located separately. I understand that's an old building, but they still can change certain things. ”

Segnalato l’accaduto a più dipendenti, compreso il manager, nessuno ha manifestato sorpresa e preso provvedimenti. Solo scuse di circostanza senza alcuna compensazione. Avendo la camera al piano terra il topo circolava vicino alla zona della colazione. Scarsa la pulizia e non funzionava neanche la piscina. Pessimo! Strano che sia un Hilton…”

“What a wonderful stay! The moment you walk in, you're greeted by the scent that reminded me of nice clean laundry fresh out of the dryer. It felt so cozy. And it truly is clean! Upfront, because this seems to be a complaint some people have: despite what the listing may say, breakfast is actually no longer available. This was communicated very clearly as soon as I booked with plenty of time to cancel. Additionally, reading the reviews clued me in, so it wasn't an issue. That said, there wasn't...

“Arriving at 9:00pm after an intercontinental flight I could not get my booked room. My credit card, perfectly working, was denied by the system. The only support received by the personnel was letting me try and try again. Cash not accepted. I had to change hotel, and the card magically worked.”

“3 floor without elevator, tiny stairs, no area to take breakfast, but we had to come back in our room. The room was with emergency exit for all floor, the our door with alarm! Otherwise, there is metro very near the hotel and in 1/2 hour we arrived in Boston”
