Residence a Negril

“one of the most amazing hotels I have visited”

“Absolutely loved my stay and the staff was wonderful”

“Overall the resort was great! I didn’t know that the resort had just reopened, so there were extremely unexpected delays with checkin and items needed in the room, i.e. an iron and ironing board. Fire alarm was going off sporadically and it was loud! I was upgraded to a swim out and although it was nice, the pool was not clean at all. The food was great and the staff was as helpful as they could be I guess, but very jovial and pleasant. I’m sure when they are back up 100% it will be amazing and...

“I stayed there twice in about 2 months, everything about it is perfect; location, beachfront, staff, room was clean with daily housekeeping if you want it, the food at their restaurant is great. They have a sister property on the cliffs, so you can go there too to relax. I love Negril and I love Charela. I will stay there over and over.”

“Very nice, clean, kind staff and directly on the beach. I would love to come back.”
