It was very hard to shower as the curtain did not reach the floor and had no barrier preventing the shower floor from flooding.”

“We stayed 3 nights. The pool was closed most of or stay. Our room wasn't cleared or replenished after the 1st night and I had to go to the front desk for towels. I got some in the evening and had to go back to the front desk again the next morning to get the rest of the towels. I wasn't the only guest to do this as I saw others with piles of towels. I asked about my room being cleaned after the 2nd night. I was assured that my room was a priority. We left for the day, came back at 2pm to find...

“The first room we were given had some weird splatter on the ceiling, tv and floor. There was also a wasp in the room. We asked for a diff room this one was much cleaner but smelt like cat pee.”

“From arrival to departure, it was fantastic. The staff are top tier. Anything and everything we could need they provided. Easy check in. We stayed in the jail cell room, and it was a great experience. The tour of the jail and the commentary was outstanding and comical. The breakfast included was our favorite part. “We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Maple Hill is a piece of living history and it was a privilege to stay there. The owners are excellent stewards of this absolute gem. Our room was huge and very comfortable. Every detail in the house is stunning. We took time to look at everything inside and outside so that we could absorb the beauty of the home and property. And the breakfast was BETTER than a restaurant! Getting dessert in the evening was such a lovely treat and a romantic...
