“Musty but otherwise clean”

“The breakfast was fresh and tasty. Staff was sweet. Rooms were really clean and comfortable ”

“Ice machines on two floors were out of service. Also A/C leaked and there was a large wet spot on the floor the morning I checked out.”

“The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful. However, when we asked a woman working the desk for towels for the second day, she said OK. Hours later, we went back to the front desk and repeated our request to the gentleman and got the towels. We didn’t know you have to ask for coffee packets for the room coffee maker if you want coffee for a second day. The faucet leaked down the back sides. The diverter in the tub shot water straight ahead. The refrigerator did not have a freezer section....

“First of all the host and his family were amazing and very friendly. They were very down to earth and made us fell right at home. The BnB was beautiful and we loved all the old style furniture and amenities. The breakfast meal was delicious and very creative. Overall my wife and I had an awesome time staying there and visiting Jefferson, TX. We will definitely be returning. “We were in Room 204. Probably could use a new bed and box speings. Other than that, it was fantastic. Didn't see or hear any ghost, but I am really good with that.”
