Hotel a New Alexandria

“pool and hot tub closed. lights in room were not all working. less than optimal number of towels. floors in bathroom had crud built up around the toilet. air vent in bathroom was filthy. staff was friendly. the rooms are well insulated for sound from hallways and neighbors. stay was convenient to event.”

“My room was a little dated, bathroom wise, but comfortable. Parking, staff, breakfast, all of that was great!”

“Everything was absolutely amazing! The rooms and areas were clean and inviting. The pool was an aquatic center full of things to do and even a waterfall from the ceiling! The front desk people were the most courteous and helpful. They even had a guide pamphlet to help us find places to eat (which included a courtesy shuttle within a certain amount of miles) and another helping visitors with activities and things to see in the area. The breakfast was delicious with waffles, egg omelettes,...

“Clean room, very comfortable beds and very nice bathroom. Free breakfast was also a nice perk.”

“The hotel stay was extremely disappointing. The rooms were dirty, the cleaning was terrible, and there was a strong, awful smell in the corridors. The manager even said they cook in the rooms, which is a fire hazard and a huge safety issue. Despite booking a non-smoking room, it smelled strongly of smoke. The entire property should be non-smoking, but even the rooms failed this standard. I would give zero stars if I could—completely unacceptable.”

“The property was dirty with trash piled up by the side entrance. There was a persistent odor of marijuana. I could ignore all of these complaints. I could not ignore the constant loud talking all hours of the night. I could hear whatever was happening in all surrounding rooms and those above me. At one point there was even a domestic dispute that the night manager had to break up.”
