Hotel a New Denmark

“After 2 days an RV parked in front of the door we were using making it difficult to load and unload our car every day. Is it even legal to have a 5th wheel RV hooked up to A hotel? We were told they would clean the room on the 3rd day. When we got back there was a major problem with the door key no one cleaned our room after telling me at 6:30am that it would have new towels, trash picked up. They did nothing. Another couple was waiting for the room they reserved. It was 6pm and...

“The lady who checked us in was not very friendly. Seemed annoyed to us. The room was quiet. nice Breakfast was not so good. We stayed 3 nights and for the most part enjoyed our stay. The guy who was working on our 2nd night was very helpful in checking our air conditioner & microwave. He was one of the friendliest workers there.”

“Staff was very helpful, however there was no cold water in our room when it was extremely hot outside. I almost passed out because it was so hot. My husband was able to cool me down before calling the staff or 911. Thank you.”

“The breakfast buffet was cold, in our room, our bath tub was dirty, the fan above the shower was leaking a yellow/rusty color water and was collecting in the bathtub that was not draining. We had notified the front desk and he said “I apologize, this building is old” stated there was no other rooms available, but didn’t even offer a discounted rate for our room and unusable shower.”
