“First time I ever heard of an early check-in charge. We had an 11 hour overlay in Edmonton so we booked a room to clean up and nap. We arrived at the hotel at about 1 pm and the room was ready. However, the check-in time is at three, so they wanted to charge a early check-in fee equivalent to almost half the price of the room! When the man at the counter saw the look on my face, he tried to bargain: he told me that if I was willing to wait an hour for nothing in the waiting area, he would drop...

Highlight of the visit was the staff, nice and friendly and accommodating. Place is clean and tidy. Room was spacious and clean. Would stay again!”

“The price for the room was top notch, however the floor was a bit dirty, there was dog food on the floor, the light was missing from the ceiling, the counter peeling, the stove burners broken, However the beds were clean and comfortable and the building was quiet. The staff were super friendly. Breakfast is mediocre at best, but it's better than no breakfast at all. I would stay here again because the price was excellent.”
