This place has it all - beachfront, tons of toys and activities to keep the kids occupied, fully stocked kitchen and spacious, comfortable rooms and beds. We hope to come again!

We've rented several in Newport and Balboa over the years and this is the best we've had! I hesitate to give such a raving review only because it will be booked all the time and we might not get in again LOL! By far the best we've had in Newport Beach! Great Communication and hospitality! This property is located in the most amazing part of Newport Beach. Within just five minutes walk you can find great eating and drinking. There is a small supermarket also who sells just about everything. Sensational beach just two steps away. The house comes with everything you can think of or need.

My wife and our children stayed in the home in Newport Beach in February of 2022 and couldn’t have been more happy. House was clean and location on the beach is awesome. The house was fully stocked with all the beach stuff and games/toys you could ever need. We will be back!

We really enjoyed the beautiful home right on the beach. Perfect location for a family of 7 with ages ranging from 23 to 80. Everyone had something to do. Boardwalk and people watching is an added bonus. Walking distance from restaurants, coffee shop, fresh fish market and grocery store. Would rent it again in a heartbeat.

We just spent 1 week at this beautiful home with our adult children and their spouses…. It was incredible and we loved everything about it! The only (slight) issue we had was lack of trash bags, paper towels and soiled sofa. We highly recommend this home and look forward to coming back again and again!

The house is wonderful. The garage is loaded with bikes and toys. The kitchen is very well stocked with high-quality everything. The bedrooms and living areas are spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent being on the ocean, near the pier, and across the street from a nice park. We enjoyed every day sitting on the front porch watching people go by. You will alo. :-)

Our family rented this property and had an absolutely wonderful time! The house is exactly as pictured; beautiful, clean, and well stocked with everything you could need to cook, clean, and enjoy your time at the beach. Plenty of soft, comfortable beach and bath towels, beach toys, games for indoor and outdoor use, comfortable beds and everything you could need in the kitchen. The property manager was very helpful and communicated well with us and even checked to see how the trip was going for us halfway through our stay. Location is perfect and we would come back and stay here anytime!
