Affordable 2 Bedroom 2 Bath oceanfront ground level of triplex! Located on boardwalk, large patio with gas Bbq. Gorgeous ocean views. A king bed graces the master bedroom at the rear of the unit. The guest bedroom with two twins has access to the hall bath with dual sinks and walk-in shower. Shared coin-op washer and dryer and 2 compact carport parking spot, parking is tight, small cars only. We had a great time at this beachfront property. There was a school park out front, a couple of doors down , which was great for our little kids. The beach is huge, with amazing sand and fairly quiet. There were miles of paved paths to walk with our stroller, which was perfect for us. It is a beautiful spot with a great front patio, perfect for people watching and watching the kids play in the sand. The unit is clean and functional, and stocked with what we needed, but is a little run down in a couple of areas. Specifically, the couch and front blinds need replacing. The parking stall for our particular unit was small given that it is the biggest unit of the three and a family vehicle was required (the other two smaller units had wider spaces). It would have been nice if beach towels were supplied as most people do not travel with them for the whole family. Overall we would not hesitate to stay here again. With some minor upgrades this place would be a home run.

This was a great property in a fantastic location! there was so much for the kids to do with the play ground and areas to ride scooters, roller blades, skate boards. The house was set up perfectly for everything that we needed, we would definitely stay here again.

The location was absolutely prime! Right on the boardwalk. Walk to restaurants and rental shops. The best part for us with young kids was watching them on the playground and in the sand right from the porch!

The location was great. We would hop on our bikes and ride all over the kids were able to walk to the park while we sat and enjoyed our view. Only advice I would say is bring your own towels not many were available

Location, location, location! We could not have found a better spot for our family stay at the beach. The beach was beautiful, clean and not over populated. The people were friendly. The playground was perfect for our little one and the basketball court was perfect for our teen, all of which we could see from our patio:) The property was clean and as described. The only reason I gave four stars is because the parking spot for unit A is SUCH a tight squeeze. We were in a minivan, rented, and it didn't really fit in the spot. It was nerve racking each time we parked, worried that we might scrape the sides. We had to leave part of the vehicle hanging out and then the driver had to climb out the other side lol. The other spots for units B and C are a little bit wider. You are paying for the location here, no extras. But, if you read the description you know that as it is stated. We really did enjoy our stay and would love to return. The management company was easy to contact and responsive. They checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed. They were kind and accommodating. Thank you!

We booked last minute for an impromptu beach weekend and the location and unit were beautiful. The parking spot for the unit was impossible to park our Tahoe in, but luckily, unit C switched with us. I would definitely recommend this unit and working with Burr White Realty was a pleasure.
