Gather around the fireplace and find your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV for a peaceful evening at home. The stylish, yet cozy living area offers a sofa and loveseat for relaxing together.



Treat yourself to the master suite, a remarkable hideaway with a king size bed, en-suite bath with a walk-in shower, and a private balcony featuring seating for two and panoramic ocean and Catalina Island views. A sleeper sofa accommodates additional guests.



The second bedroom is a second suite, with a queen size bed, sleeper sofa, and en suite bath with walk-in shower. The home sleeps eight in total, and an additional bathroom off the main living space ensures there’s never a wait to wash the sand off after a day at the beach.



There is also a separate back studio unit with an open spaced bedroom/living room area and a small kitchenette. There is a queen sized murphy bed and a twin sized trundle bed in the living area. At the bar of the kitchenette there are 2 stools and 2 extra chairs and side tables for make shift dining. The kitchenette is not fully equipped but it does have a stove top, a full sink, a microwave, and a small fridge.



Spend more time in the sun with an outdoor patio that’s all yours to enjoy. Wine, dine, and people-watch at a shaded table for four overlooking the beach, and grill up fresh veggies and seafood on the BBQ.



The home has a one-car garage, which houses a washer and dryer.

N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.
