Vicino al mare.
L'hotel è bruttino, e la disposizione delle camere. Ma la camera è carina e pulita, e confortevole. È un hotel da rimanerci una notte, di passaggio.

Ottima posizione
L'hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione vicino al mare e circondato da ristoranti e fast food offre un noleggio bici e attrezzatura per la spiaggia. La pulizia della camera era buona. Mi sono trovata molto bene e lo consiglio.

Die Unterkunft ist nah am Strand gelegen und hat verhältnismäßig preiswerte Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend ausgestattet, wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein (schmal) und leider waren auch einige Haare an den Handtüchern, ansonsten war es aber sauber. Da das Hotel direkt an der Straße ist, ist es aber relativ laut - die Klimaanlage aber leider auch.

This place is all about location. You can walk to all the best Newport bars in minutes. We had a balcony room, highly recommend.

We came to California for a funeral, but I needed to stay near the beach. It was perfect for this. The location is 2 blocks from the ocean. It is small with only 18 rooms, which was perfect. It felt small and cozy. The room was clean and they cleaned our room the second day. The price was perfect for being near the beach and the service.

Good central location. Noisy street if the window was open. AC didn't stay running, but the Fan on the unit was good enough for our trip.

Great Place to Stay In Newport Beach
Excellent location; easy walk to Newport Pier, The Crab Cooker and Alta Coffee, as well as other restaurants. Easy drive to Newport Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza. A real gem in Newport Beach!

Great location. The room was comfortable and clean. The television didn’t work terribly well, but that, of course, is a minor concern. I had to do a little work whilst there and was impressed with the WiFi. I’ll be back for a quick and affordable visit to the coast.

The office staff was very accomodating of our needs as aged persons who don't do stairs well and needed help with bringing in our luggage. The room was pleasant and very quiet. Mattress and covers very comfortable. Both soap containers in the shower was labled "Shampoo" and there isn't any place to hang towels (seems to be a hotel trends!) which doesn't make sense. Would have liked tea bags.

Great, but noisy, location
5 nights vacation. Room was small by US standards but it had a queen bed, one bedside chest, a little fridge, a microwave and a coffee maker, and a table with two chairs so it was adequate. The bathroom had a good size shower but the space between the vanity and the door was tight. A bigger person would struggle. It was very clean and serviced daily. There was noise on Saturday night and occasionally from the fire station across the road. Otherwise just traffic noise. Location is awesome...beach a short walk, and lots of food options around. Beach equipment and towels available was a nice touch.

This was exactly as advertised, nice and convenient right in Newport Beach with easy access and a cute room. Staff was kind and accommodating, they let us check in early and watched our bags for us for a few hours after checking out so we could go eat.

Dingy, long wait for check in.
We had to wait about a half hour for someone to arrive at the facility to check us in. We received a text on the way to the hotel asking us when we would be there. We arrived very close to the time identified, but still had to wait an extended period to be checked in and given keys. The room was just okay and not very clean. Bathroom was dirty, with hair still in the tub from a previous guest and a used washcloth still hanging over the curtain rod. There was periods when the tv would not work. We weren’t there to watch tv, but at periods when we were resting or my husband wanted to catch some of the game while I got ready, that was disappointing. Lastly, it is advertised on hotels.com that there is a pool on site, but there was no pool to be found during our stay.

Great lil hotel…..AC sounds like jet engine
Very nice chic hotel, clean, comfortable, great amenities, modern, great location ….with a huge problem. AC is similar to a 747 jet take off. So sad this property has so much , would stay here again BUT not with that unsleepable noise.
