Oceanfront Upper Unit on the sand with great views and just a short walk to the boardwalk. This three-bedroom unit has plenty of room for the whole family!

The Space:

3607 Seashore Dr B is professionally managed by Newport Beach Vacation Properties. Located just before the boardwalk begins, this upper oceanfront unit has incredible views of sunsets and Catalina Island on the clearest days.



With large, windowed patio doors you can enjoy the beach breeze or relax on the sofa and take in all the views. Enjoy watching TV on the couch or chairs while visiting with family or friends. Step up from the living room into the kitchen equipped with everything you need to make a beach vacation meal. Gather around the dining table that looks out towards the beach.

This three-bedroom unit has plenty of room for the whole family! The master bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom. The 2 other bedrooms share the hall bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has 2 twin beds.



Enjoy beautiful sunsets and views of Catalina from your balcony, have a morning cup of coffee or wind down after a day at the beach. Fire up the BBQ and create wonderful memories with your family.



**One car parking space in shared garage. This is a subterranean grade, and extremely steep. We recommend low profile vehicles.

-We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.

We were given the wrong code for the lock and the sign on the property had a phone number which was not an active number. It was after hours but finally I reached someone who gave me a different code!Then we had no idea how to lock the keyless entry. This all made check in difficult.The location of the property was fabulous, and management responded quickly to other issues which arose. Note: thete are 2 tv’s but they do not get any reception.

Great views. Nice property. Check-in problems: incorrect keycodes provided and the garage door opener didn't work and was never replaced by maintenance. We parked outside.

36th Street - Newport Beach Ocean Front

Plenty of room. Great location. Property needs a bit of maintenance for me to give it a 5 star rating. Recommend fixing the roof (I think moisture is working its way in from the roof to the interior ceiling and will cause damage if not fixed ASAP). The screen doors in back need replacing. The kitchen sink cabinet has a stripped screw.

Perfect beach location for family

Beach house is in a great location. Literally sandy beach a few steps from the entrance. Additionally the pier and restaurants are only a 10-15 minute walk. We stayed in upper level and it fit our family of 5 perfectly. The sand bucket was a great touch and the kids used daily. Only three minor issues….1. Garage is very steep (as noted in listing) but we did park the car inside…with emergency parking break enabled. 2. Deck is more narrow than it appears in listing. We still used deck for ocean viewing. 3. No coffee grounds for morning coffee. I knew that the rental wouldnt provide stocked groceries but i thought there’d be at least a small bag of coffee…would have provided a better start to the day. We’d definitely consider staying here again based on location alone.
