With only two houses between you and the water, you'll have easy access to everything the Newport Beach coastline has to offer—from beach days to bike rides along the 3-mile long boardwalk, to paddleboarding, kayaking, or even jet skiing! This home is nestled in a quieter part of the beach, offering a more private experience, yet it's still close to the action. Walk to either the Newport or Balboa Piers to enjoy some of the area’s best dining, or explore charming Balboa Island, famous for its unique shops and eateries along Marine Avenue.

Every detail at Twin Dolphins has been carefully considered, from the beach gear provided so you can hit the sandy shores with ease, to the outdoor shower to rinse off after arriving home from your beach day. And when you’re ready to relax, you won’t have to miss out on Southern California’s sunny weather and sea breezes. Head up to the furnished deck, complete with seating and an outdoor dining table, to soak up the coastal sun as well as delight in the bay and ocean views.

Inside, you’ll find bright, breezy interiors and two spacious living areas for your enjoyment and entertainment. The first floor welcomes you with a cozy family room, a dining area for 10, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to whip up delicious meals. The third floor living room boasts a second dining area, built-in wine center, and the outdoor deck.

After a day of fun in the sun, retreat to one of three comfortable bedrooms or a cozy bonus room. The second floor accommodates the primary bedroom featuring a king bed and an ensuite bathroom for ultimate privacy and relaxation. Bedroom 2 includes a king bed and ensuite bathroom. There is also a private bonus room with a full-sized bed. The third bedroom, located on the ground floor enabling easy access to the room, provides a twin bed and attached half bath. The third floor living space has a queen-sized sleeper sectional and a half-bath for additional sleeping arrangements

Surf's up! This coastal city has the largest recreational harbor on the West Coast, known for its amazing beaches, parks, restaurants, and outdoor shopping centers. The living is easy here and invites you to ride bikes along the boardwalk and watch pros surf some of the biggest swells in Southern California at The Wedge. Take the ferry to Balboa Island for some of the best seafood in the area and to visit an old-school amusement park with a historic Ferris wheel.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

This is the most thoughtfully stocked home we’ve stayed at while visiting Newport. Everything you can think of you may need while visiting the beach, cooking, or relaxing - this is the place to stay. Stayed with our teens, perfect layout and everyone had their space. Especially enjoyed the 3rd floor loft with amazing views out of every window. Cleaning crew does an amazing job- we felt at home. Can’t wait to return!
