Hotel a Nooseneck

“Typical Continental Breakfast, but Cranberry juice didn't work, no orange juice. Parking excellent. Took 7-10 minutes to get water in bathroom to get warm. ”

“Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

“The front dest staff was nice and accommodating. The room was overall clean but it had an infestation of sugar ants. I know it’s the time of year for them but they were everywhere! We only stayed one night. I only found a few the night before so I didn’t complain. The next morning they were on every surface, the wall, shower, etc. We left early. ”

“Our flight arrived very late so we did not get to the hotel until after midnight. The shuttle driver was there to pick us up within 5 minutes and was very friendly. We were checked in quickly and got the rest we needed. Breakfast was very good. Great property to stay at so close to the airport and the shuttle service is very good. ”

“Rte 6 can be an issue when making a left into the parking lot of the hotel depending on time of day. Be careful. Room was clean, lighting could be better. No table lamps just ceiling lights with led. A little bright. Water pressure and temp was great. Bed was comfortable. Could have used another blanket and maybe 2 more towels for 2 adults for 2 nights. All in all I would recommend due to cleanliness and the gentleman who helped us at check in was great. ”
