“Very quiet, safe and country like setting. I enjoyed talking to the Host about the history of the property. Everything listed on VRBO was true to the experience. We enjoyed our stay.”

“We enjoyed our stay. Our young kids enjoyed the bunk beds and playing games in the loft. Appreciate all the beach items available for our use and convenient walk to access Miller Beach. The counter/seating area was not swept but it was a minor oversight overall. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive from booking through checkout. ”

“This is a really nice clean and beauitfully decorated home. Communication with owner was quick and friendly. Boys experienced good fishing on the lake and owner provided tubes to float in the water.Definitely recommend.L”

“We LOVED the cozy cottage. We were a family of 5 who lived and stayed comfortably here. It was fully stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. The place was clean and well taken care of. We were a 10 minute walk to the beach and had plenty of outdoor space to sit and enjoy the evening. We will absolutely be returning! ”

“The house is very comfortable, well appointed and well situated to Bass Lake. The property is just off the lake perimeter road and is very peaceful and quiet. The home is new and in wonderful condition. Furniture is comfortable and bright in a relaxed setting”

“Was a comfy cozy spot to sit, relax, and just talk. The pull out couch was very comfortable. The most comfortable i have ever slept on. The fireplace was beautiful and functional. It gave off heat or just soft light. We drove to the outlet mall and 2 farmers markets. We had an amazing mother daughters weekend and will definitely come back again.”

“The cleanliness of the home was definitely lacking. We travel a great deal all over the US and always opt for home/flat rentals. Typically they are spotless and comfortable. This one was far from clean. The stove was dirty, rbe floors looked like they hadn't been swept, the window panes had debris/dirt. The coffee pot looked like it was dirty, but perhaps it was just stained. The ice/water feature of the refrigerator wasn't operational which was very annoying. We also check that ice and water...

“We’ve been going to Beachwalk for over 15 years and this property was one of our favorites. Great sleeping accommodations, stocked with all the essentials, and a perfect location, close to the beach but a little off the main road for added quiet and privacy. ”

“Our second stay at the cottage and we loved it again. Location is amazing. Short walk to the beach (I'd recommend the more public path a block down, as it is an easier walk.) We had 3 cars and no parking issues at all. House was great! 4 bedrooms so everyone had their space. Good-sized kitchen for preparing meals and it has all the pans you'd need. Dining room table easily seats six or you can sit out on the patio. Washington Park is also a short walk and you are close to the outlets and...

“Great house near the beach (host will give you ideas on how to park closer) perfect for hosting a group of friends or family! Host was also super responsive and helpful in accommodating us all for a wonderful birthday weekend!”

“I would strongly suggest you avoid this property. Unit was unsanitary and in disrepair. Filtered water from refrigerator was yellow. Tap water smelled strongly of sewage. Dishes and bathroom in dirty condition. A know leak came from the kitchen sink drain -- obviously an aware issue since a pot was placed beneath it. A curtain rod fell from the wall which nearly struck out sleeping infant. Never received any return communication from the property manager. Lot was incredibly overgrown.”
