“I have stayed at this location several times for business trips and the staff is always friendly and helpful but on this last trip they went above and beyond. Partcularly the night auditor and manager (sorry I forgot names) My work assignment got extended and the hotel was fully booked due to a hockey event but the night auditor continuously monitored for cancelations to be able to extend my booking. The night manager helped expedite this and was extremely helpful as well. She even extended my...
