“The property was dated. The hall was carpet was heavily soiled. The pictures did not match the quality of the room. The room was damp. Bed was not comfortable. The WiFi in the room worked but would not connect with the TV. The attached bar was good, it had great deals on food and drink for happy hour. Service at the bar was hot or miss though. I would stay somewhere else in the future. Great location though.”

“We loved the resort and there were many things to do. It was very clean. Our room was perfect and very clean, however the toilet did run continuously the entire time. I can’t really complain bc we didn’t report it. The main issue was the fire alarm that went off during our first afternoon. The alarms were blaring and it was saying to evacuate immediately, which we did take the stairs all the way down. We got to the lobby level and nobody seemed to know what was going on. “Waited 1.5 hrs for our room. No wifi the whole stay. And the balcony was facing another building technically you could see the ocean and beach but it was so loud and extra hot due to the ac condenser blowing hot air onto the small balcony. When told about the issues the hotel told me they were short staffed and offered me a 90 min timeshare presentation to make it right because taking up more of my time is obviously what I needed. In conclusion I wouldnt stay there again and would not recommend...
