“Friendly staff, clean environment, good restaurant. The room was clean. No negative issues other than I prepaid for 2 breakfasts and they were only good for one day each. We missed the first day's breakfast and asked for a refund for that breakfast and was told it could not be refunded.”

“A/C unit could not lower the temp in our room during our two night stay. Parts of the room, like the drinking glasses, were not cleaned between nights. 3 Elevators are inadequate for 8 floors of guests, especially when the stairs are alarmed to exit on ground level. 1 elevator was out the whole time we were there. Breakfasts were ok, nothing to write home about.”

“Property and the rooms are architecturally impressive and well maintained. Front desk staff with one exception were very unprofessional. We arrived after 11 pm and were told to sit in reception for 1/2 hour due to a “software glitch”- in reality (this was later admitted) the hotel was overbooked. Rather than admitting this the staff at that time put us in a 78 degree room where the AC did not and apparently could not work.
