“Room key didn't work for all doors, gym door, the smell of the building could have been better and of the room. Rooms are dated, bathtub is breaking down, no kitchen or breakfast available.”

“I did not expect the status I saw this time at all no help at all as no staff available to give a hand We have to bring our luggage in the hotel and inside the hotel same to bring down and take to car ourselves Food in bfst quite poor also but may be this is the standard for such hotels nowadays”

“Room was decent but parking was terrible!!! The lot is awkward and in most rooms you cannot see the lot.”

“The area felt a little sketch, the property seemed a little dated, and certain parts seemed a little rundown. We encountered a drunk man on the elevator and out in the parking lot. In general, just did not feel like the safest place to stay.”

“The staff was efficient and accommodating. We had some trouble with our TV and someone was up in our room taking care of the problem almost immediately. Also, I was staying overnight for a follow up post surgery visit. My appointment was not until 2 PM and they let me have a late check out time of 1 PM so me and my 83-year-old husband were not “homeless’ for three hours. Deeply appreciated.”

“Poorly maintained, broken ice machines, broken pool, limited gym equipment. First room they gave me smelled lime urine (pet friendly hotel, maybe pet accident). Wont be staying here again”
