“Outside trashcans had overflow of trash and was never dumped. The only elevator had inside damage to it. Rooms had roach crawling on ceiling. Infestation of ants after an ice cream spill in the room. Front desk said they sprayed but the ants returned. Pull out couch was broken and had to use a rollaway. Chair (red) in the room had old stains. Breakfast was average. ”

“I absolutely adore the staff here. Somehow Claire always recognizes me, and is most helpful.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were great! Plenty of room for all of us to spread out comfortably and relax. ”

“Property is not a comfort inn. Hotel is in process of changing over to Spark. Therefore was hard to find since name changed on sign but not in advertising what your purchasing. There was no breakfast and the lobby was in disarray due to construction updates. On other hand the room was decent for the few hours I was there to sleep. The air/ heater system in room ran nonstop and noisy. Not worth the price they are charging at this time. ”

“Called ahead to confirm we were arriving late and needed a pack and play for our baby. Request was noted on original booking, listed as an available item and messaged the hotel 1 week prior. Arrived well after midnight not only was there no pack and play in the room as promised when called earlier in the day they did not have any in the hotel. Or as I was so considerately told at 1am “that’s a negative on the pack and play” when I asked what I was supposed to do with my infant son was told place...
