Hotel a North Catasauqua

“Room was dirty, door handle and lock were broken. Bed linens visibly dirty. Bathroom shower drain was broken pink slime in the shower. Toilet was disgusting not cleaned properly. One of the queen beds sheets were not changed there was still hair from previous guest so was not able to use that bad. I also was not able to take a shower because the bathroom was disgusting. I was physically injured from the bed rails sticking out of the bed frame. Would not recommend staying here. Management was...

“I called specifically to book a certain room and my reservation room was moved without any confirmation. I have allergies and I like to cook food for myself when I’m away - but the room I was given did not have a kitchen even though I called specifically to book that type of room. When I alerted the front desk about this, they said it was “ someone new” who moved me and there was nothing they could do. I could hear the entire phone call of them talking about me and it was super uncomfortable...

“Excellent value and location to get anywhere in the Lehigh Valley, with clean rooms and lobby. The property is very safe. The building is older but again clean. Depending on who is at the check-in desk the reception and pleasantness range from fair to very good.”

“The breakfast this morning was much more than a simple continental and it started us on a good foot for today. The room was clean and the fridge was excellent, so good that our beers wanted to stay to our chagrin. I hope the staff enjoy them! I highly recommend this property especially for the value for a quick stopover”

“Recently remodel. Very nice facility with great staff. A nice, attached restaurant with complimentary breakfast. Convenient to both downtown and the airport. The attitude of the staff is refreshing, leading me to believe that management cares for their team. Recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“Everything was fine except we were not able to log into the WiFi for the television. We called the front desk and Help Desk and still no success. We wanted to sign onto our Netflix account but the Wifi password didn't work. (Although no issues getting to the hotel's wifi on our phones.)”

The hotel owner, Mr. Bill Singh was very helpful and courteous throughout our stay. The open view and peaceful surroundings made the experience even more relaxing. Highly recommended!”

“The elevator floor was dirty when we arrived and when we left. The room was clean and we slept very well. We had no hot water for our showers. There was not much water flow. There would have been no way I could have washed my hair. Breakfast was ok. The coffee maker was not working. Only water came out no coffee. The woman in the morning when we checked out was very pleasant. I let her know we didn’t have hot water.”

“Expedia messed up my booking. The person at the front tried to help but had very limited say in the matter. As I was trying to call Expedia, the staff kept making loud noises and one was on their phone making a very loud personal call. the lobby was wet as they had just mopped when I got there - in the middle of the day with people coming and going. ”
