“The clerks I were very friendly and accomodating. Rooms were clean but maybe a little outdated. Still I was pleased with the stay. ”

“Roaches. Since this hotel is under a remodel I thought it would only be one or so but no so many. Staff were friendly but overall condition of the hotel is poor.”

“Clean, comfortable and staff very friendly. Room a/c didn't get the room as cold as I like, but that was because the bed was almost against it. Plenty of choices for breafast. Only downfall was having to get our own replacement towels.”

“Comfortable Stay with Excellent Amenities Stayed at Country Garden and Suite in Benton, IL and was very impressed. The room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, and everything looked recently updated.The hot breakfast in the morning was a great touch — fresh and filling. The staff was friendly and check-in was fast and easy. I also liked that the hotel is right off the highway, which made it convenient for my road trip.”

“Rooms were clean and good size. Very good value. Staff was very courteous. There is a small set of stairs leading down to the rooms (and back up to the breakfast area) and they made sure to ask if my mom (who is elderly) could get up the stairs. And they also included the same courtesy when selecting our rooms and proximity to the hotel entrance door - they were very accommodating.”

“The toilet stool had a crack in the side, and it had a bolt missing on the bottom. When you moved on it it would tilt. The hair dryer outlet had a big crack, and it looked like it had been smoking. The outlet was not GFCI (dangerous). The air conditioning system did not work properly. The trash outside of the building was not emptied for the 5 days we were there. There were weeds all around the outside of the building. The coffee was good.”
