Problem #1 The bathroom smelled of urine. AND in the bowl was URINE. Problem #2 The floor in the bathroom is woeful. I put towels down so I didn't have to walk on it by the toilet. The flooring was shot. It was pulling away from the floor boards, walls and fixtures. Problem#3 the sink had a leak, but not to worry, the garbage can was...
