“This stay was not so grand at all. One star is being generous.
From the moment I walked in, it was clear the photos online don’t match reality. The room was dirty, everything smelled like weed (including the bed sheets), and the whole place felt neglected.
Something even bit me while I slept.
On top of that, the environment felt unsafe with very questionable activity around the property, and the staff were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. To make it worse, I was charged an additional...

“The location is nice, stepnoutside to the beach, pool or local shopping plaza. The room(bungalo) left A LOT to be desired. There was no where to put laundry, toiletries, snacks, food, or hang clothes. We felt homeless living off out bags on the floor with cement walls and no cell signals. Advertised as kid free area, but was not. Beach bar was a joke, running out of burger buns and could care less. Place seemed over priced for lack of service and amenities.
Only plus was location and nearby...

“Very dated hotel, especially the bathroom. Looks ok on the pictures but in real life, broken soap holder, flooring in bad shape, in need of proper paint job, etc. The worst part for me though was the poor customer service by front desk from the moment of check in. They just seemed very unhappy and unwelcoming. Will not return.”
