“When I stayed at the property the room was not properly cleaned. The rags and towels was dirty and dingy and the bathtub had a ring around it”

“I did not have one towel or cloth in my room whatsoever and I went to the counter in the morning and I only asked for a towel so I could dry off and they told me to bring down my old ones. We wait for you to bring dirty ones, and then give you more I told her I don’t have any dirty towels because there is not even one towel in my room. She said really are you sure I said yes please give me a towel. I’m going to be late for work and she said well. Let me talk to my boss. Oh there she is about to...

“Enjoyed my trip but on the first day of staying the man that checked me in was a bit rude because I told him I done all my paperwork and card online. He then proceeds to tell me that there is a deposit that I had no idea about and still have yet to receive back and everything in the room was left the way it was when we got there. There was also a cockroach that ran across the floor and needless to say, it lost its life!”

“A dump! Peeling paint, the room smelled stale, slovenly person at the front desk, bugs in the room , dirty furniture, and no continental breakfast as they had advertised. Further, they absolutely refused to print out a bill detailing the charges.”

“We stayed 2 nights. Staff was friendly and approachable. Rooms are large, clean. Had all amenities that we needed. Free parking, free breakfast. Convenient location. 100% recommended.”
