“On the second day, the staff was so rude, i kept waiting and waiting while she was on the phone casually talking and I know it was not business related. They told me they were out of towels on the third day. On the fourth day, they didn't send the cleaners to come get the towels from my bathroom even though I had requested in the morning. And by night time when I called the receptionist, he said, oh its because my room was not on their list. I will never book this type of place ever again”
