“No hot water in the room, toilet wouldn’t flush properly, had to switch rooms due to odor of wet carpet musty smell”

“Overall, we had a good stay. When we checked in, the front desk staff wasn’t very friendly. As we walked to our room, the hallway was very hot, which made me worry that our room would be too. Thankfully, the room itself was clean, comfortable, and nice and cold. It seems like the hotel may have just opened, so I think they’re still working out a few things. “The room was great! The hotel was clean and very well located. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only drawback is that the elevator was abysmally slow and one elevator was not working at all. Other than that everything was good and I would stay there again.”

“Didn't like we couldn't use TV until a day later & bathroom toilet holder fell from the wall & of course that's the excuse that l will get for nit getting 100 dollar deposit the wyndum charged my account twice 40 & 20 dollars with no explanation couldn't be for parking my handicap tag was on my rear view mirror”

“It is difficult for elderly individuals to pay for parking for this hotel. You have to go on your phone and pay for parking. It was difficult for me to the point I had to go for assistance at the front desk The shower area was not clean my wife found a lot of white hairs. When the lady who cleans the rooms showed up we showed her the white hairs. There also was not had liquid to wash your hands. I had to go to the front dest and ask for container.”

“There was no hand wash, body wash, shampoo or conditioner. Shower didn't work either. Called the reception, went downstairs and all they said was to wait for a few minutes. It took them 45min to give a shampoo bottle. Horrible experience.”
