Hotel vicino a North Park Mall - Charlotte

“The manager was running front desk when we checked in around 10PM. He was absolutely wonderful!! Will definitely stay again my next trip to Charlotte!!!!”

“We have a very nice room. The pool wasn't avaliable yet. The breakfast was fruit, waffles, or bagels. Coffee only to drink unless you wanted to buy drinks from a machine. ”

“Zimmer hat nach Hund gerochen. Personal ist freundlich. Essensmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Ansonsten ist man mit dem Auto in ca.17 Minuten am Flughafen CLT.”

“We checked in at 4:15 and our room was still not cleaned. We had to wait another 15 minutes for our room to be cleaned. The bed was so hard and the pillows were throw pillow size instead of King sized and the ac unit was not getting the room cold. I would have hated to stay here in the summer. The best part was the breakfast and that was alright for a free breakfast.”

“I would steer clear of this motel. Smelled as if they had been smoking cigars. Sheets were stained. Worst mattress I’ve slept on in my life. It felt so hard as if you were sleeping on the floor. Pillows looked and felt so old and flat like if the filling was missing. Toilet seat had stains all around it. And to top things off there was a power outage that lasted over an hour. It also appears to double as a shelter of some sort. People seemed to be living there. Hanging out in their cars in...

“The hotel seemed like it was a long-term housing for people, The hotel smelt like smoke all throughout. The front staff was not the cleanest looking person. Our shower still had hair in it, missing the toilet paper holder. There was only muffin and granola bars for breakfast. No one at the front when we checked out in the am. ”

“Hotel staff don’t pick up the phone which made it hard to contact them. It took a while for someone to check us in because the staff member didnt come out from the back. The rooms were the definition of musty, they need to replace the carpets, sheets, cushions, everything. There are places that weren’t cleaned well and I saw some old and decaying things (I don’t even know what). Workout equipment doesn’t work. We stayed up most of the night because people were yelling in the rooms next to us and...

“The room itself was fairly clean. Beds were made and bathroom was stocked. The hotel itself wasn’t in the best area and it didn’t smell amazing in the hallways but the inside of the room was fine. Mattresses were a bit uncomfortable but for a single night it was fine. All in all I got what I paid for but it wasn’t amazing.”
