“I didn’t use any amenities. I was unsure about how the parking worked but I think I used the QR code posted in the lot and made payment correctly. Just didn’t understand why there were gates for entry/exit but they always had the arm up. Elevators were dated with floor surfaces in disrepair. Didn’t need room key to ascend to room floor but had that type of system in place.”

“Great stay overnight so we could catch a morning flight.free shuttle was nice. Make sure you arrive early to get your shuttle to the airport It tends to take off fast.”

“The property was excellent! Very clean, the staff was wonderful , plenty of parking. We did not have breakfast at the property (not for any specific reason) but the front desk did inform me of the hours and was very nice about it. We have a trip comming up in August and are planning to stay here again.”

“I checked in at 1:30am after a long day of travel. The room felt like it was just a place to sleep. I wasn't able to connect with the front desk as the phone said "this is not a valid extension" and I had to figure out how to lower the blinds, it was a switch on the wall, something I was unfamiliar with. The room felt like it had been furnished with bare minimum stuff. No coffee pot but there was and iron and ironing board. Really? The bathroom was ADA and I ended up with the hand held shower...

“The hotel has some nicely remodeled rooms but the common areas are really outdated. The whole place is very musty. Front desk wouldn’t provide me with a receipt which I found odd.”

“Big truck stop with a hotel, deli, restaurant, and country bar. There are also shops, a barber shop, laundry facilities and po boxes. Definite travelers stopping point...wild stuff.”

“It was okey but i didnt like that in the app when i reserved it said free breakfast and when i got their they try to charged me for the breakfast when it said it was a free breakfast ???? Also the first lady when my husband arriving and trying to to check in cause i was arriving later she was very rude and not very polite made my two sons and my husband feel very uncomfortable..!! Something i did not like cause when i call i heard her how she was talking to my son and it was very unprofessional...

“The rooms are comfortable and clean. The employees are friendly and do a great job, considering the woeful shortage of staff: Only one person at the front desk, during busy hours. When that person must inevitably step away for a short bathroom visit, the desk is left unattended. Only one person handling the breakfast service, during a holiday weekend, with a constant influx of customers. The advertised van service is not much of a service at all. The hours of operation keep changing, depending...

“We stayed two nights, the day between, housekeeping didn't touch the room. Room had a SINGLE trashcan that the three of us (me, and two other people) filled over the course of a day and a half. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, bed sheets had weird stains on them and were not completely dry when put on the bed, when we arrived at about 1030pm and climbed in bed, you could tell the sheets were still semi wet, which wasn't the end of the world because we were exhausted after...
