“The location was really convenient. We could walk to downtown Ballard, plus there were lots of great places within a few blocks. Our room was efficient. It would have been nice to have a chair in the room to read vs the small bench. The communal kitchen on the first floor was a nice addition. We also appreciated having a small kitchen in our room. ”

“This was a quick trip. The room is a studio apartment in a new apartment building. Note that NO parking options are provided so street parking is your only option. Fortunately, this apartment is on a fairly safe street.”

“The condo was great! It was perfect for the 3 of us! It was just like in the photos! The host thought of everything to make our stay perfect, like a hair dryer, curling iron, shampoo and body wash! Location was great! We would definitely stay again!”

“One of the bedroom carpet and quilt is very out of shape. The parking is not convenient. But the manager is easy to reach and did what he could. The rest is super fine!”

“Nice vibe in the neighborhood. Property manager was very responsive. Clean place and well maintained. My only issue was the parking...I had an SUV and had no idea the spot was that tight. Needed many people looking as I squeezed in without hitting the column or car next to me. Should let people know that. But great stay!”

“The beach studio took our breath away the moment we walked in and the surprises just kept coming. It has everything you'd ever need and more. As the sun started to go down I sat quietly in the garden....birds flew in to eat from the birdfeeders....then two squirrels came to eat the seeds the birds dropped. Just when I thought it couldn't get any better a hummingbird came and hovered in the flowers on the table right in front of me THEN a tiny chipmunk popped out to eat the birdseed with the...

“The apartment was just as advertised. After we got in we found everything we needed. The next morning we walked out and had everything we wanted to do within walking distance. The host was very friendly and available for communication. Downtown Seattle is a really cool place and this apartment made a perfect home base to explore it from. ”
