“Staff is great! Rooms are dated, but in a fun way! View is the best!!”

“It was inexpensive but you could tell it had been a recently remodeled trash Hotel... sketchy part of town a lot of tweakers walking around the area and the guy they had remodeling the rooms a few rooms down from us blasting his music till 11:00 at night.”

“Frustrating. This property does not honor the “pay at the hotel” option on ANY third-party platform and will cancel your reservation without informing you. Then tell you that you have to rebook and not honor the original cost. The general manager, Rosemarie, claims that the third-party platform doesn’t transfer customer information so they can’t charge the card if there’s a no show. If that’s the case, then how is the information transferred over if you pay immediately on the third-party...

“The staffs were very helpful & nice-frontdesks(night, day, weekdays, weekend) & housekeeper. The towels,sheets, bed cover & blankets were at least 10-15 yrs old. The blanket was full of holes a man’s thumb can poke into each easily. The fridge was super filthy with black molds. i cleaned it for an hour so i can use it. Yet, it was still dirty. “I actually feel sorry for the girls that work at the desk here. This building is so poorly maintained that the lampshades were literally crumbling into dust in my room. The cigarette burns the animal odors, this is the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever seen in my life and I have stayed in a lot of places that were not good. When they moved me into the second room.
