“The hotel quality was average, with a nice swimming pool and very good room cleaning service. On the downsides, the hotel has no laundry and we were particularly unlucky as our neighbors did run an apparently very entertaining (for them..) night party from 1030pm till 2am. That is not a fault of the hotel obviously, nevertheless we asked the reception for support at about midnight and if any action was taken, it had no effect on the party…”

When I called regarding late check in, John stayed on the phone to offer great suggestions on scenic alternative routes to also avoid heavy traffic. When we arrived, John provided recommendations for nearby dining for dinner. The room was clean and suited our needs. Moreover, the dining staff at breakfast answered all our questions and provided excellent, attentive service. ”
