“Staff is fantastic. Location is great. The only issue is that the uber/lyft drivers won’t pick up or drop you off from the hotel when there are games going on. The secret from the front desk? Put your location in the river! Then when a driver picks up the ride give them the hotel address”

“We always enjoy our time at the casino and we especially love the band that was playing the night we stayed. This was our first time staying in the hotel and we will definitely stay there in the future. Our room was clean and quiet. There was a large family group on our floor, but once inside our room, we couldn’t hear anybody. The outdoor bar area at the hotel was also very nice! ”

“There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. The studio was really pretty dirty and only 2 bath towels for 2...

“I travel a lot for business, every time I come in the area I stay here . Everyone are very nice to you . The hotel is nice and clean!! The breakfast is very yummy .
