“My reservation was not honored when I got to the property and the manager was not helpful.”

“Hotel comodo se ci si deve muovere in zona, un po' meno per visitare Chicago, visto il traffico intenso che richiede almeno un'ora per arrivare in centro. L'hotel è pulito come la camera, ma il servizio di pulizia camera pare sia a richiesta. Su 5 notti, la camera è stata rifatta 2 volte quando è stato da noi richiesto alla reception. La colazione è standard, yougurt, bagel, waffle. Alcuni piatti caldi a rotazione, tipo le uova. Caffè sempre disponibile. ”

“Clean rooms, friendly staff and pet friendly. Great value for the area. Was annoyed there was an RV parked out back. Stabilizers down and generator running. Not sure why they allowed this or nobody walks the property.”

“The Hotel offers a good quality if services, very rich breakfast and it is eco-sustainable. The Hotel staff is very kind. The hotel is near the airport and easy to go to the city center. The ratio price and quality of service is excellent. I would recommend for an easy going clientele. The shuttle bus service is excellent.”
