“This is a brand new house with really good decor and finishes. The large deck overlooks Joes Pond and it is steps to the beach and the Lemoille Trail. I rode my bike on the trail for miles and the view were really fantastic. I would definitely book again in the future.”

“This is a very nice house. If Burke Mountain/Kingdom Trails are where you want to be, this can't be beat. 2 minutes from the main drag, this place is quiet and comfortable. It has a nice deck, a good view. A good place to kick back after skiing or biking.”

“My husband and I stayed four nights at Leah’s place. She and her husband were absolutely wonderful hosts. Very, very nice people. :) Great location if you want something quiet with beautiful view over the mountain. it’s very close to Island Pond and also to Silvio Conte wildlife refuge. “Absolutely perfect relaxing lakefront house in every way! The bed was very comfortable, the relaxation areas were great, the fan really helped cool things off and the windows brought in just enough cool mountain air and the sound of the loons! The kitchen was also ideal. The location was spectacular, the views and the sunsets were not to be missed and an easy 10 minute drive into town with a good selection of restaurants and markets. “A beautiful lakeside home with everything you need for a perfect, relaxing vacation. Kayaks and canoes, a swimming beach a few minutes walk down the road, and a comfortable, well-appointed and spacious home to relax in. 2 decks overhead the lake great for reading, eating and relaxing.”

“Our family and friends had an incredibly enjoyable time at this property. The house was beautiful, with fantastic lighting, super comfortable beds and plenty of room for everyone to relax. The wraparound porch was probably our favorite feature, with the spectacular views it afforded from the swing. We heard loons calling to each other and had multiple bald eagle sightings. I highly recommend renting this house to anyone wanting to get away from the insanity of modern life. ”
