“Second time staying here. It's a great place to stay if you want to be an easy, short ride to some awesome trails and you just need a reliable home bass to hang out, get a good, hot shower, make some food, and get some sleep before heading out to do your outdoor activities. Not suitable if you're seeking luxury. But it's a great place otherwise. The owners are planning some upgrades over time, and it was already upgraded some since our last stay. I hope they get a hose out back for bike...

“Very accommodating, wonderfully unique location in the middle of no where. Our kids hoped off their devices and just had good old fashioned kid fun. It was great to see all the smiles. Loved it!”

“Our stay at Applebrook was wonderful. We had 15 people (10 adults and 5 kids ages 8-1). We rented it because it is only a 3 minute ride to Santa’s Village. It was very comfortable and more than enough room for us.The kitchen, dining area and living room are all huge. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.”

“Everything was exactly as expected except the fire pit seems stationary on the far back lawn instead of portable. Gas grill could use updating (left burner wouldnt light) and a good cleaning or new grate to cook food on. Overall great experience on our one night stay!”

“We had a great stay! The wood stove kept us cozy. 10 minute walk into the town of Bethlehem, which features a brewery, coffee shops, and restaurants. 20 minute drive to Bretton Woods where we really enjoyed cross country and downhill skiing. Hosts were very communicative and kind. ”
