“Max’s Roost was lovely! Clean, bright. It feels more like an AirBnB because there isn’t an in-person reception, but the communication was good and effective. There is a nice organized binder in the room to answer any questions you might have. My only warning is the bedframe is VERY creaky. If you turn over, it’s going to creak—very loudly. It’s alarming. Otherwise, it’s comfortable. At the restaurant below (which we highly recommend), some sort of mechanical noises started somewhere between...

“The house was everything we expected and some. The property was awesome and my kids loved the wildlife, a large family of wild turkeys came by. We booked this house for its location near Santa’s Village. It did not disappoint, approx 7 minutes away and at the end of the road there is a cute corner store with great pizza and grinders. I mostly would recommend this property because I left a gold necklace and it was quickly returned. I would 10/10 recommend this property! ”

“Adorable home in the White Mountains! Clean and uncluttered with three nice bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and dining area with two comfortable chairs to sit in as well. There is also a nice living room with ample seating for a family. The backyard is the perfect size for a vacation and had a nice fire pit that we enjoyed in the evenings.
