“The hotel/room/beds are clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Location is very convenient. The overall experience is good. The swimming pool is cold and hot tub is dirty. We didn't really use the pool - too cold to swim. They didn't heat up the pool at all. If you have kids and expect to use the pool, you should go somewhere else.”

“Took the blanket off the made bed in our ‘clean’ room and it had two dirty socks and some small pieces of garbage on top of the sheet. On top of that even though the hotel is newer, it’s already getting rundown, nothing is maintained, toilet seats are broken and yellow, and black mold-looking stains on the ceilings above the shower.
