I would’ve loved to use the outdoor patio but I was visiting from California and was not used to the East coast summer weather Tommy was a very communicative host and the instructions for the home were very clear. 10/10 would stay again!”

“We really enjoyed staying in this cozy house in the woods. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking or kayaking the Shenandoah. We had a campfire and used the hottub daily. Plenty of room for each of us to have our own space, but cozy enough for gamenights, too! ”

“We loved our stay here. It was peaceful, just what we needed, and only 20mins away from Winchester if you want to go there. We enjoyed the local farmer’s markets, the pickleball court, and the house is beautiful. It has a fire pit, but we didn’t use it. Enjoy!”

Everything is modern, comfortable, and available-- there is no roughing it.Almost everything is well labeled so you know where to find whatever you're looking for. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment, which is good because there's not many places to eat in the immediate area. We found everything to be clean and in working order. “Very nice, well equiped and well taken care of. Accurate listing of features and ammenities. Was bigger than pictures made it appear. Really enjoyed the deck, and hot tub to soothe or legs an feet after long day of hiking. Only issue was all the bed mattresses were really firm and uncomfortable to some in our group. ”
