Residence a Northern Virginia

“The breakfast has lots of options and the gentleman at the front desk were kind and helpful”

“Hotel under renovation. Our room had issues. Shower faucet was broken so we could not take showers the first morning. They moved us to another room. Outlets are worn and don’t work well. Light switches are the same. Room was clean, bed was great and HVAC worked. Manager did their best to accommodate us but no one on duty the morning we had problems. It will be wonderful once renovated. Avoid rooms on the 8th floor until renovated.”

“The staff at check in must had a long day before I arrived. The air/heat unit in my room was so loud I couldn’t sleep. (To loud)”

“Horrible experience, dirty carpet and smelly rooms. The sink didn’t work”

“It’s in a very nice shopping plaza next to a grocery store restaurant in movie theater, so it was perfect for me. It’s been relatively recently renovated, but besides that it was very very clean and the staff was excellent from front desk to the night audit and even the woman who did breakfast was really lovely and the door to breakfast prep was open so I could see how clean it was in there.”

“It’s a good place to stay and very clean”

“Beautiful hotel Perfect stay Will be back”

“The staff was just not welcoming or helpful.”
