“I made it to the hotel(if you call it that) at 3:45 am because my flight was delayed. I got to the office to call and they said they cancelled my reservation and gave it to someone else. I’m like can I at least stay tonight since you already got the first day’s pay. They said no. So the biggest weekend in Austin where there was nothing to rent, I was forced to sleep in my car on the first night. It was no consideration for my flight or anything. Horrible customer service”

“Siamo rinato altri 2 giorno in più alla prenotazione e non so sono preoccupati di pulire la camera una volta. Mai cambiato le lenzuola e pure gli asciugamano. Mai svuotato i cestini. Siamo rinato senza carta igienica senza sapone e senza shampoo ..... non credo meriti più di quello che abbiamo votato. Brutto posto.”

“Hotel tenuto bene, ordinato e pulito”

“The room was very nice and clean; however the ac in our living room didn’t work properly. The staff was very nice and the pool was great. Breakfast was good. The property needed some upkeep and some things were broken but otherwise, good”

“Camera confortevole in ottima struttura. Buona scelta di ristoranti nelle vicinanza.”

“The door to our room was jammed due to a misalignmnet of the interior latch, requiring some unusual force to open, Repairs had been done to the bathroom ceiling, and the patches were primered, but not painted to match. Some mold in the shower caulk. And it rained the last evening, resulting in a nasty smell (like rodent urine) coming in through the AC. Not typical of our previous stays in Hampton Inn properties. The lobby and brekfast areas were well maintained.”

“I want to thank Steven he was so polite to help me book my hotel because of his courtesy I decided to shook this hotel.”

“Very clean, great breakfast. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.”
