“Historic hotel in a beautiful place”

“This is an older, well-kept and maintained property. Looked as if it had been recently repainted. My bathroom and shower were impeccably clean and everything worked. Remember, this is a Best Western just off a major interstate, so it's not the Ritz-Carlton, but the bed was comfortable, bedding was clean and nice pillows, TV works, etc. No complaints about the room. The courtyard is also well kept and the landscaping was surprisingly attractive. Breakfast had a wide variety of options - cereal,...

“Personale gentile e accogliente ma tutto il resto non va. Tutta la struttura sembra lasciata andare da anni .... ascensore in condizioni tremende infissi sverniciati ( una delle nostre finestre non si chiudeva bene) e moquette macchiata . Non so se ci è capitata una camera sfortunata o se tutte Sono così ”
