“This rental was a massive disappointment and hassle. Red flag, the listing photos are generic stock photos lifted from the Sheraton’s website – not the actual suite you reserve. Upon check-in, it seems the owner double-booked the suite, and our reservation was converted to a standard hotel room. I definitely rented and paid for a studio suite with kitchen and seating area. My only complaint is that it is not true ski in/ ski out as the listing says. It is quite a far walk to the gondola (10 minutes) and there are no trails right to the hotel. I had assumed if you were a novice skier you could walk to the gondola but that there was a trail that would come right to the hotel but that was not the case. You have to...
