Hotel a Northwest Harborcreek

“Vero che stiamo parlando di un 2 stelle. Però … Pavimenti appiccicosi dappertutto. Soffitti in ingresso rattoppati. Camera 109. Moquette sfilacciata. Rivestimento basi letto rovinato. Porta di ingresso che chiude male. Ante armadio che chiudono male. Un cattivo odore proveniente dal bagno e abbiamo chiuso la porta… Non si apriva più!!! Abbiamo provato in tutti i modi, fino a richiedere intervento receptionist. Il ragazzo molto gentile a sua volta ha provato e poi l’ha aperta con una spallata …...

“clean room, the lady who checked me in was awesome, but the day time ladies did nothing i asked them, clean room, towels, shower get was out and told them the sheets where not fitted they rolled up when i got in. they didnt tell the cleaning people but thank got i got the lady i had checked in with in evening again and she took care of me. not impressed with the ladies on day time and hope they get repremanded for it”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were fine and the bathtub shined like it was new. Plenty of towels too. I only wish there were some bars of soap by the sink and bathtub and some little shampoo bottles too. Coffee was good but we didn’t indulge in the breakfast that offered. My wife wanted some type of pastry but none was available. Otherwise our stay was very good.”

“I am 100% satisfied with my room and the cleanliness of the suite and the fireplace. 3 tvs! Near the Millcreek mall, pool is cilly, warm the pool up a bit, and this is a 5 star hotel. The girl at the check-in was very nice, and the bedding was perfect! Thank you Hilton 😊 ”
