“At 3pm, I checked into our room. Upon arriving to our room, I noticed the shampoo/conditioner bottles in the shower were empty. I called down to the front desk and let them know. She said she would bring them down in about 30 minutes. At 8pm, still nothing. I went down and they gave me a new bottle of shampoo and a bigger, different brand of conditioner. The next day, when room service came, they took the bottle of conditioner out of the room. When I got back, I had to go back to the front desk...
