“1. One of the elevators was broken. 2. Our sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain properly. 3. The breakfast didn’t look or smell fresh and they always closed PROMPTLY at 9. 4. They only turn over rooms every other day but only give you enough coffee/facial wipes/cups/etc for one day. 5. No bottles of water in room. ”

“The staff was excellent in the front and they approved my reservation on Expedia to be canceled as I needed. I had reserved a week out and I needed the room the moment I was there in the front. The manager booked the reservation for me that night and I had somewhere to stay without getting double booked. I will continue to stay here every weekend I come to San Antonio, Texas! ”

“Es un hotel familiar con buenas amenidades como alberca, fire pit, juegos corn hole, tic-tac-toe. El desayuno: huevo revuelto, cocidos, salchichas, cereal, pan, avena, jugo. Las habitaciones bien en limpieza, algo incómodo el sofá cama solamente. La habitación muy equipada con refrigerador, estufa y utensilios como platos, vasos, etc”
