Hotel a Northwest

“The elevators weren’t working and they would take about 20 minutes to get to your room. There was a long line of people waiting for elevators. I wouldn’t use this hotel if I had kids.”

“Our stay over July 4th weekend was nice, lovely resort, nice rooms, pretty lobby and grounds. The fireworks show was SPECTACULAR! Very well done! The one area that could use improvement is the pool staff-they were not very attentive at all-most people had to go to the bar to order drinks/food. They do put flags on each set of chairs that you can raise when you need something but those were basically ignored. “Most of the staff were great except the desk clerk onThursday evening. She was quite rude even though I only asked for towels. She made me feels as if I was bothering her. All the other desk clerks were amazing! They were friendly and helpful. Even the maintenance man had superior customer service.”

“The air conditioning is why I rate it at a 5. It was nice and cold. The room was the right size and I loved that it had a little lounge and table. The pool was a plus as well. After 10 p.m. we were able to sit in the pool area patio with our own drinks (beer). We weren’t rushed or given a time limit. We stayed up well after midnight. In addition, there’s a coffee shop and Burger boy in walking distance.”

“The staff member had no idea how to check us into the room and argued with me about the booking I had already made for several minutes before finally starting the check in process, which took over 15 minutes. He insisted that it was impossible to have 4 adults in one room despite the booking being for 2 queen beds and 4 adults.
