“The property is grand and spacious, the room is big and open. My only downside was the tv remote didn’t work and when we called it in maintenance said it was the actual tv and there is nothing he can do so we were stuck without a tv for the duration of our stay, Second downfall the shower wasn’t cleaned properly and had dark Long hair on the shower floor and walls, Besides that our stay was comfortable.”

“Overall the Hotel is top notch! Very unique and elegant and the rooms are phenomenal. Oddly enough the only complaint would be in regard to the customer service, and this is not directed to the front desk, they were amazing. But in other areas of the hotel, nothing rude or detrimental, just a lack of attentiveness. Which was unfortunate because everything else about the hotel had made such a great first impression and one could easily chalk it up to a rare "blip" in the moment. But overall it...
