“The indoor pool and hot tub area were nice. Having the evening bites/drinks as well as the morning breakfast included in the room price made this stay a good deal.”

“When we checked in the security in the hotel kept us in the car for approxametily half an hour to see if there is a reservation and they kept saying that there is no reservation after arguing with them and we had to make expedia call them to check us in, the ad on expedia said parking was free but they made us pay. After more than 40 mins I check in, I drove 4 hours from Houston to be met with such staff, awful, not recommended.”

“When I checked for a week and payed CASH IN TOWN FOR A MILITARY EVENT AT LACKLAND AFB DRIVE 25 hours, NO ONE INFORMED ME IF I HAD TO LEAVE EARLY I NEED TO GIVE A NOTICE OR THE HOTEL WOULD RETAIN A FEE OF 129.00. It just not a way to handle playing customers of over 25 years!”
