All the amenities. No central air but had a portable unit which kept it cool despite the heat. Owner was very responsive. “Very nice place. Central to lots in Erie... 10 minutes everywhere. Right next to Sarah Reed retirement home which was a great convenience to our one friend visiting her mom and close to whippy dip ice cream. For being upstairs to other renters it was a very sound proof and quiet place. Shower is fantastic and good beds, sheets and towels. Suggest some hooks or bars for hanging towels or bathroom bags. It was extremely hot during our visit but the ac in the bedrooms and living room...

“We loved staying here!! The location is very peaceful and beautiful. My kids enjoyed running up and down the hillside, playing Frisbee and tic tac toe toss and snuggling in the super soft blankets. It was a perfect size for our family of 5. The owners are friendly, attentive to our needs and comfortability and easy to communicate with! The views here are lovely and the porch in front of the rental was a great spot to have a beverage and relax. ”
