“Room had stained carpets. Cookie or cake crumbs on the top of fridge and on counter. Half the amount of towels compared to other hotels. Air conditioning could not keep up...80 degrees in our room at 6pm. Night staff could do nothing for us. Day staff was able to cancel our second night. Gave us rewards points for another Wyndham Hotel stay. Pool was great...breakfast was good.”

“The breakfast was sub-par, the pool was closed and they could not give a timetable on when it would be open. We were there 5 days and the pool was closed the entire time. The room did not smell fresh”
